Spacious villa with swimming pool and beautiful garden, located on a big plot, in a very tranquil urbanization, within walking distance to the beach and facilities. The villa has 2 living rooms (lounge/dining area with open kitchen) one in ground and one in 1st floor. A path leads from the garden to a nice little beach with bar and restaurant, serving delicious meals during the holiday season. Albufeira town is located within a few minutes drive (4 km). Ground Floor: entrance hall, living room (lounge/dining area and fully equipped open kitchen) with satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors leading out to a covered terrace and pool area with BBQ 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms. First Floor: living room (lounge/dining area and fully equipped open kitchen) 1 double bedroom,1 shower room ,Terrace with barbecue and sea view. Notes: 9th and 10th persons can either be accommodated on z-beds (optional extra) or sofa bed Washing machine in basement.
