These cleverly designed whitewashed apartments in Capistrano Playa, nestled into the hillside above Burriana Beach, resemble traditional Spanish/moorish architecture - (the architect won awards). The apartment which is situated at the very top of the complex enjoys daylong sunshine - open the curtains in the morning to awesome views of the sea framed by the Sierra Almijara mountains - overlooks ornamental fishponds, landscaped gardens abundant with semi-tropical flowers and citrus trees, and a beautiful plaza. There is a lift down to the plaza where you can walk past cascading waterfalls on your way to a safe family friendly beach, bars and restaurants. On the complex there is a large swimming pool and poolside restaurant, separate children's pool and games (pool table/ping pong etc). The restaurant serves good home cooked food daily. Nerja town is 20 minutes walk or there is a local bus service just 100 yrds from the front door.

Nerja is a very pictuesque Andalucian town, a 45 minute drive along the Mediterranean coast highway from Malaga Airport. It has also been known as the Costa Del Sol's best kept secret, the area boasts 10 Miles of golden beaches. Nerja was once a sleepy fishing village and has retained its Andalucian caracter. Much of Nerja's charm came from its narrow winding cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. It is also famous for Balcon de Europa an elegant promenade where you can watch the world go by, or take a horse-drawn carriage around the town. From the apartment you can enjoy the views of Nerja's best beach - Burriana, which boasts of Bars and Restaurants one of which is the famous AYO's where Ayo himself cooks an enormous Paella over an open fire, it is all you can eat with an evening of flamenco dancing and booking is strongly advised.

    Within 4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded
    Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
    Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
    Changeover days are normally Saturdays but can be flexible depending on availability.
    Discounts available for long periods including winter lets.

    Capistrano Playa is built on the side of a hill, therefore there are a number of steps throughout the complex, which are not wheelchair accessible or for those with limited mobility.

Notes: Lounge dining room has family dining table 2 large leather sofas and a chair tv with satallite and working fireplace if necessary, it has patio doors out on to the side terrace and french doors overlooking the sea. Newly fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The apartment has just been completely refurbished and is air-conditioned. Out on the side terrace there is a patio table, chairs and brolly, there is also a spiral staircase leading upto a roof terrace which is completely private from onlookers, it has two sunloungers and amazing panoramic views. Fresh bedding and towels are provided (not beach towels) and will be changed weekly, the apartment will also be cleaned on a weekly basis. On the complex there is a large swimming pool and poolside restaurant, separate childrens pool and games (pool table/ping pong etc). High chairs can be hired at additional cost.
