Casa Guibbarelli is situated in the centre of Italy's Le Marche region close to the medieval village. The House is set on 1acre of land, with private swimming pool and olive grove. It enjoys breathtaking views of rolling hills, Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast. The house itself is made of traditional stone & believed to be over two hundred years old. Spread over three floors It has original stone walls, tiled floors and exposed beams. All rooms are spacious with high ceilings and natural light. On the ground floor there is a large double lounge with TV and Video. The breakfast/dining room has a spectacular tiled vaulted ceiling that leads to the well equipped kitchen.There is also a utility room and downstairs toilet. From the kitchen you step onto the sun drenched patio to enjoy dinning alfresco on the stone BBQ. Leading from the patio follow the path through the garden area up to the pool where you can go swimming, sunbathing or simply relax under the shaded area.

A 40 minutes drive from both Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, enjoy historic Macerarta with its annual international Opera festival in July and August, with performances from Verdi, Puccini and others. Relax in Ascoli Piceno's most beautiful Piazza Del Popolo (People's Square). Just a 45 minute drive through the stunning countryside you can visit the beautiful Adriatic coastal resort of Porto San Giorgio, perfect for walks along the harbour, a blue flag beach, a vibrant market on Sunday and of course top quality sea food restaurants. In the summer visit the National Park and swim in the Lago di Fiastra. Through July and August the surrounding towns and villages celebrate many spectacular festivals all with welcoming atmospheres for you to join in the fun.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are in GBP- we can also accept payment in EUR. To confirm a booking a deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable. The balance must then be paid a minimum of eight weeks in advance of departure together with a refundable security deposit of £250. Late bookings (less than eight weeks before departure) must be paid in full.
    Our prices include the cost of electric, water and cooking gas, weekly cleaning, linen and towels. Heating is not included and in the winter months is charged on consumption as extra.

The back rooms enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Casa Guibbarelli's garden and swimming pool. All rooms are serviced with comfortable quality beds and crisp bedlinen. Each room has original exposed beams, double glazed windows and central heating during the cooler months. Bedroom one has its own en-suite family bathroom, large wadrobe and ample room for a cot (which will be provided). All other four bedrooms have chest of drawers and hanging rails.
