This apartment, built in 2002, is in a small block of just 14 apartments with 2 on each of 7 floors. At ground floor level there is a large pool terrace and pool with secure section for toddlers, gardens and the entrance lobby. There are no shops or restaurants within the building. The garage is in the basement accessed via a ramp and 2 electronically operated security gates. The apartment is on the 5th floor and is accessed via lift or stairs. Every room in the apartment has an abundance of natural light and other than the bathrooms every room opens directly onto either the front or rear terrace. There are 3 proper bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and 1 full bathroom plus a 2nd shower room and w.c. The lounge and dining room is spacious and has direct access to the front terrace and a huge picture window overlooking the bay, beach and coastline to Moraira. The kitchen is modern and well appointed.

Located next to the 'Penon de Ifach' national park the apartment is just 10 metres from the beach 'Playa de la Fossa'. The beach is cleaned and manicured every morning in preparation for the days activities. Alternatively you can walk just 5 minutes to the Puerto, Marina and 'Playa Poniente'. There are good cafes, bars, a supermarket, bread shops, paper shops, restaurants and even a night club within a 5 minute walk of the flat and the Paseo Maritimo (Promenade) offers a wonderful stroll at any time of day or night. The main town of Calpe, where you can find a multitude of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, funfair etc: is 5 minutes by car or a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the Promenade of Playa Poniente. If you are looking for a more lively night life Benidorm is just 20 minutes by car and Alicante about 1 hour. You can climb the 'Penon' (alt 380 metres) which offers wonderful views in all directions. Average time 1 1/2 hrs to the top.

  • GENERAL:
    1. Prices are generally based on minimum 7 day rental and the cost of cleaning the apartment on a weekly basis is included. For rentals of less than 7 days a charge of Euros 55 will be incurred for cleaning.
    2. Prices are generally based upon 1 or 2 week rentals and we can offer discounts for longer term rentals.
    3. A deposit of Euros 400 per booking will be required to secure the booking and will be returned once the keys are handed back subject to any deductions for damage, optional extras etc:.
    4. Check in is 17.00 hrs on arrival day and check out is 12.00 hrs on day of departure.
    5. The apartment is for a maximum occupancy of 6 people and any over occupancy will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate per person.
    6. We offer additional discounts if you book more than 6 months in advance.
  • OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
    1. Beach towel Euros 10 per towel per week.
