Good size modern apartment in a small, quiet development with lovely mature gardens, huge pool with separate childrens pool. PERFECT WINTER AND SUMMER RENT. This OCTOBER the daytime temp has averaged 24 DEGREES AND ITS SET TO CONTINUE! This apartment is all about the location. A genuine 8 minute walk to the beach with plenty to do with many land and sea based activities. You can take a 10 minute stroll to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus with all its shops, bars, restaurants (new Hard Rock Café), cinemas and even take a ferry ride to Marbella. Next to the apartment is the Locrimar hotel with its new noveli restaurant. There is a brand new paddle tennis club (with bar+restaurant and play area), mini market and snack bar just one block away. This apartment is well located to take advantage of the numerous golf courses all along the Costa Del Sol and has great access to Marbella and beyond thanks to the bus and taxi ranks close by.

This apartment is a short (flat) walk to Puerto Banus and the beaches. One block away is the mini market, casino hotel and more bars and restaurants. The famous Noveli restaurant and hotel complex is next door along with the new padel tennis club with bar, restaurant and play area. Excellent bus (and taxi) service to the rest of the Costa del Sol and Malaga airport is available on the main road next to the development. Estepona, Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Seville, Granada, the La Cañada shopping mall and even skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains are all close by and up to a maximum 2.5hr drive away.

  • **Easter and *Christmas & New Year £395 per week. Escape the cold, wet northern winter and migrate to the Costa Del Sol. Long winter lets available between November and March at just £199PW with a minimum stay of 8 weeks. This price includes heat, electricity and community charges. Our prices are based on up to 4 persons sharing and include electricity and water.
  • Booking Conditions. 25% upon reserving apartment. Balance is due six weeks prior to departure to Spain. Breakages/security deposit. A deposit of £100 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you on your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property. Bookings are accepted entirely at holidaymakers' own risk and adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended. The prices include electricity and central heating. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels (incl. beach towels) are provided. The apartment will be cleaned by us prior to your arrival and following your departure. Maid Service is available, please ask for rates. A Welcome Pack is available on request.

A calm oasis with an easy walk to Puerto Banus

Perfect, simply perfect. The apartment was bright, spacious and very nicely furnished. We did struggle with the TV when we first switched on but soon found a loose cable and pushed it in, no problem. Possibly dislodged by the cleaners? (who had done an excellent job, by the way)The tropical gardens and pools were gorgeous and very quiet considering how close to the buzzing town centre and marina it is. In fact, if we come again (and we're sure we will), we probably won't bother with a hire car because, with the beaches, shops and restaurants being so easy to walk to, ours remained unused during our stay. We even walked along to Marbella town. It was a long walk but a beautiful one and well worth the effort. It was some years since we've been to Marbella and we loved it. It has become so stylish and is so well-kept and clean. We also tried the casino and the Novelli restaurant, both of which were very close to the apartment, and managed to blow money in both! And the weather was just wonderful- even in NOVEMBER! We saw only clear blue skies and the temperature was in the mid-twenties the whole time. Nice one Andrew and Linda, we've already started feeding up our holiday piggy-bank so see you soon.
