Arranged on the first and second floors of an ancient harbour-side building this stunning apartment is centrally located and has fine views over Looe harbour and river. The accommodation is a delightful blend of the ancient and the modern with many antique pieces of furniture being set against a background of modern, high quality fabrics. The well fitted kitchen is of a Shaker style and provides every facility whilst the bath/shower rooms are bright and modern. The accommodation has been arranged to be suitable for those with a disability and the stair-lifts and wet room shower facilities ensure that Teglios will provide a home from home for those with such requirements. The accommodation comprises on the 1st Floor: - triple bedroom with queen size bed and electrically adjustable single bed - double with queen bed - bunk bedroom - bath/wet room - utility room and on the second floor: - vast sitting/dining room/kitchen with gallery - shower room.

Looe is an ancient and picturesque fishing port on the southeast coast of Cornwall. Famous for its shark angling club the town has a maze of tiny streets which lead from the bustling harbour through streets lined with a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants to the fine sandy beach. Looe is a perfect base for exploring Cornwall with the Eden Project only a forty minute drive away and the north coast, Padstow and St.Ives etc. being reachable in about an hour. The fine cities of Truro and Plymouth and the delights of Dartmoor can be easily enjoyed for a day out. Water-sports, sailing fishing, fine golf courses, riding, coastal and country walking, National Trust houses and gardens are all readily to hand.
