Photos and Description of this Todi holiday villa Large porch, 3 bedrooms + loft suitable for children, near Todi.

Independent stone country houses surrounded by 3480 sq m land and garden. Built according to the typical Umbrian country style using all original materials: Wooden beams, terracotta tiles on the floor and ceiling, walls of visible stones and painted plaster. The country house is completely independent, has its own gate and entrance. The front of the house has a porch with patio that overlooks hill-perched Todi. Ground Floor: Living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch and the pool area, kichenette (oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster), 2 bathrooms (WC, bidet, sink, shower), 2 twin/double bedrooms Loft: 1 double bedroom, large storage and laundry. Pool 6 x 12 m (1 down to 2m deep) with arched end opened from 1 May until 30 September. 10 Km from Todi, 4Km from the nearest village, coffee bar, grocery and restaurant, 15 Km from the E45 highway exit.

We spent the last week of september in Thomas,s and Eva's wonderful house in Quadro, Todi Umbria with our Scottish friends. We had a fantastic stay and the house provided for us the best imaginable setting for our discovery of the southern parts of Umbria. We can highly recommend the house and Umbria is beautiful.

Italy when it is best

A little gem in Umbria, that has to be seen and lived in. We had a fantastic holiday in the latter part of May, the weather was glorious, the view superb and the town of Todi a local attraction that has to be tried, both for local charm and excellent food. We brought 3 generations over and children as well as grand parents were enjoying their stay. The swimming pool was used by all, the meals all enjoyed outdoors and we were all extremely relaxed when our holiday came to an end. We did venture out a few times and our favorite place was definitely the waterfalls at Mamore.
I would recommend this holiday destination to anyone that likes a tranquil holiday with a bit of luxury charm added.
