This detached villa is located in a quiet area of the exclusive ‘La Paloma’ urbanisation. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of a lounge, separate open plan dining room and American style kitchen. Accessed from the hallway, the master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. There is second double bedrooms also having an en-suite bathroom and a further bedroom with three single beds. There is an additional family shower room for all to use. From the front door, there is a shaded terrace. A Gas Barbeque is available to enjoy ‘Al fresco’ dining and a 9m x 4.5m private pool, which has roman steps. One of the most impressive features of this villa is its large roof terrace which offers spectacular views towards Duquesa, Estepona and Gibraltar. To the side of the villa there is off road parking for a number of cars. The grounds are secured with lockable gates and there is a monitored security alarm system.
