Traditional granite detached farm house in a beautiful country setting. Tastefully furnished throughout. Upstairs there are 3 spacious double bedrooms and 1 single room. A beautiful big family bathroom with twin sinks, large power shower and double bath. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with 2 large leather settees, 50' Plasma TV, DVD and stereo. The heart of the house is the 30ft long kitchen diner with high spec appliances and granite work tops, there is also a solid pine table which comfortably seats 8 people. You enter the property through an electronic farm gate which brings you in to a safe and secure yard area (ideal for children to play) with a small lawn leading in to the jacuzzi house which has an 8 person jacuzzi and bar. There is also a slated patio with BBQ. To the front of the house you will find a walled garden. This is an ideal property for both families and couples alike.

Penponds is a quaint village situated a mile outside the historic mining town of Camborne. In the village there is a local pub, children's play park and beautiful public footpaths through fields and woods. The stunning beaches of Gwithian and Hayle are within a ten minute drive from the house where there are plenty of activities from surf lessons, wind and kite surfing to costal walks past Seal Cove and Hells Mouth, or just relaxing with a traditional Cornish cream tea. You are also close to the romantic fishing village of St Ives where you will find numerous art galleries, including the famous Tate gallery. The cathedral city of Truro is only 15 miles away offering high street and local shopping, cinema, theatre, bowling alley, restaurants catering for all tastes, and numerous bars and clubs.
