Entrance through automatic gates and private driveway to front of house.Ground floor entrance with stone clad stairs to 1st floor balcony leading to large L shaped living room with open fireplace, settees and occasional tables spacious dining area and large fully fitted kitchen cum breakfast room. Beautiful views of hectares of vineyards with mountains in the background. Door opening onto stairs leading to garden and wood burning outside pizza oven. Small corridor leading to good sized double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Stairs in parquet to 2nd floor with parquet throughout, 3 large double bedrooms, one single bedroom with room for an extra bed. One bathroom with hydro massage bath tub and one bathroom with sauna/shower. Lovely gardens with flowering trees and shrubs, completely enclosed and private and swimming pool. Large pergola with table and chairs for eating al fresco. Television and air conditioning in every room.

This beautiful farmhouse is only 2 kms away from the famous walled city of Lucca with it's tree lined avenue circumvating the town. It is a fascinating area with picturesque countryside, olive groves, vineyards and many famous antique villas nearby to visit. Further afield is the well known seaside town of Torre del Lago where the famous composer Giacomo Puccini had one of his residencies which is open to the public. There is also the theatre where his operas are performed every year at the edge of Lake Massciucoli. Very near the coastal towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Very near to the mountain area known as the Garfagnana
