Comfortable and recently renovated studio/apartment. The apartment called 'Blu marine' is perfect for a family of 4 people, for a couple and for 4 friends. The apartment is really well furnished for a nice stay in Rome. The apartment is provided of: A/C, TV 32'LCD, INTERNET connection, washing machine, hairdryer, Iron, safe, Kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, american coffee machine. The price includes: towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels and final cleaning. The ' Yellow Submarine' Apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed and it is perfect for a couple, for a family with 1 child or for 3 friends. It has the same equipment and comforts of ' Blu Marine' Apartment. The two apartments are in the same building and they are positioned one over the other.

El apartamento esta bien ubicado, cerca del metro A. Tiene una cafeteria para desayunar muy buena, en la Appia Nuova y un supemercado al costado de ésta.
Es pequeño y tiene poca luz, pero para 3 dias en Roma es perfecto.
El trato con Sam, la propietaria, y el servicio (toallas, sabanas, azucar, sal, cafe, etc): GENIAL!
