This Luxury Detached villa which is located in Playa Flamenca offers 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, spacious living and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a separate utility room which has a washing machine. There is a large private roof terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds. There is also a conservatory/dining room on the ground floor which is equipped with table and chairs.The spacious living room has seating for 6, digital satellite English TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, Channel 4, Channel 5, News, Sports, Movies and many more). To the rear of the villa there is a large patio that is equipped with 2 tables, eight chairs and a bench. The villa is equipped with a security safe and a security alarm. There is *AIR-CONDITIONING available as an optional extra.

The Costa Blanca has the reputation of being one of the safest destinations in the world. If you want to enjoy the relaxing pace of life in the true Spanish style then Playa Flamenca is the place for you. Torrevieja is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to its 2 large natural salt lakes. Many people use the mud baths in the lakes to alleviate their aches and pains. There are also some natural hot spas in this area. The most popular, Fortuna and Archena, are just an hours drive away through orange and lemon groves and picturesque mountains. Playa Flamenca boasts a continuous series of sandy coves and Blue Flag beaches all within a short distance from the Villa. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance (5-10 minutes approx). The restaurants include Spanish, Chinese, Tai, Indian, Italian and International. There is also a choice of large supermarkets and a Saturday street market.
