  • Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Deposit and balance is non refundable.
    The sum of £250 will be added to the main invoice, which will be refunded within a maximum of 2 weeks of departure subject to there being no serious damages.
  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days max. Deposits are non-refunded and balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

    In order to prepare the villa please kindly vacate the villa by 10:00am on the day of your departure.

  • The current preferable changeover day is Sunday, however subject to availability alternative days will be considered.

    Our hospitality begins with a a Complimentary Hamper which contains: 2 bottles of wine, 6 cans of beer, 2 large bottles of coca-cola, 4 cans of soft drinks, 6 bottles of natural mineral water, 2 bottles of sparkling mineral water, seasonal fruits, honey, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fresh bread, butter, jam, biscuits and virgin olive oil.

    If, however, you wish to order other things to be there upon your arrival, please let us know in due advance. Their cost will be added to your total payment.


    The English speaking host who will welcome you at the villa on the day of your arrival, will be available by phone during all your stay for any information and help.

The villa is not adapted for people in wheelchairs though most living areas and outside grounds are level surfaces. The scuba diving facility in 'Agia Efimia' offers a full range of training courses and dive packages for qualified divers and beginners.The area's characteristic rocks, caves, reefs, wall and rich underwater life provide exciting dive sites for all divers. 'Drogarati' Cave & 'Melissani' Cave/Lake (12km away): Visitors to 'Drogarati' can take a walk through the winding corridors where stalactites and stalagmites continue to form

Travel: Kefalonia Island’s airport (EFL) is about 35 klm from the villa. There are direct flights from the UK from May to October and four flights daily from Athens. The island's main port is Sami, 10km away, which has several daily connections with Italy and 'Patras'. Car hire is highly recommended since there are numerous places of interest. We can make arrangements to hire a car to be picked up and dropped at airport/port. Available flights from UK on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
