The accommodation, on two levels, comprises, on the ground floor, of a lounge, dining room and fully fitted breakfast kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. In addition on this level there a luxury power-shower room and a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor landing where there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. From the various patio doors there is access to a lovely sun terrace that surrounds the 10m x 4m kidney shaped pool which has steps for easy access. There is a open air poolside shower, sun beds and parasols to soak up the sun. Patio furniture and a stone table and chairs are provides along with a built Barbeque for you to enjoy true ‘Al fresco’ dining. The villa offers good privacy in an enclosed plot. The mature gardens containing shrubs, flower borders, trees and extensive lawns.
