This large spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the outskirts of the shopping town of Paralimni and a short drive from the holiday resort of Kapparis. It is in a residential area close to all amenities. The lounge has a light and airy feel and there are patio doors that open on the veranda. Here you can enjoy al-fresco dining and enjoy the view which overlooks the communal pool. The lounge area features a TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and work surface, perfect for the master chefs amongst you. The kitchen includes an oven and electric hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. From the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has patio doors leading to a veranda. The second bedroom has twin beds with a window overlooking the pool. All rooms are equipped with Air-Conditioning.

5 minutes drive from the Apartment is the quaint shopping town of Paralimni. In the centre is a square which is dominated by the twin aisled vaulted church dedicated to the Virgin Mary that is worth visiting. Across from the church you will find a newer plaza complete with an ornate fountain. The newer square is bordered by some trendy cafe bars and traditional taverns where you can relax with the locals watching life go by. Paralimni offers a refreshing alternative for anyone who is tired of the city hustle and bustle. The apartment is only a 5 minute drive from Kapparis. There are plenty of restaurants in Kapparis to cater for all. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. With water sports available from the Malamar Beach.

Ski: In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed at Troodos, from the beginning of January to the end of March. The highest point of the Troodos range is Mount Olympus. Mount Olympos is only 3 km, from Troodos hill resort, 12 km from Platres hill resort, and about an hour's drive from the seaside town of Lemesos and the capital Lefkosia. The Cyprus Ski Club possesses four Ski lifts. Two of the lifts are installed on the North Face of Mount Olympus. One is 350 metres long and the other is 500 metres long. The other two ski-lifts are installed at 'Sun Valley' south of Olympus and each is 150 metres long

The artificial hills and sand obstacles make the field much better for the people who want to do training.
