The spacious, light and airy accommodation is tastefully furnished and well equipped to a high standard. The accommodation is contained on a single floor and generally laid out in an open-plan aspect. It has living, dining and family areas with digital TV, WiFi internet, radio and DVD player. There is a good sized kitchen area with large electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender, waste disposal, kettle, mixer, coffee maker, equipped for up to 8 people. There are two double bedrooms (one en-suite) both with TV, two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and drawer space. At the rear there is a private pool. The double garage houses the boiler, washing machine and dryer. For the enthusiast, both Remington and Kissimmee Bay golf clubs are situated close by. This is the perfect location for visitors to experience all of central Florida. Within a short drive there is a variety of local entertainment, several shopping malls and a number of family restaurants and fast food outlets. A few minutes’ drive onto Highway 192 takes you to a superb range of world famous attractions and facilities including: Arabian Nights, Pirates Adventures, Air Boat Rides, Horse World and Gatorland. Walmart is the nearest hypermarket, less than 10 minutes drive towards the town of St Cloud. Fishing and water sports are available nearby at East Lake Toho. Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona (Beach), are within two hours drive on the East coast of Florida.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental charges are per week and are INCLUSIVE of Local Taxes, local telephone calls, water, electricity (excluding Pool heating), laundering of bed linen, towels and tea cloths etc. and cleaning for stays of 1 week or more.
    There is an additional charge for heating the Pool of £50 per week.
    Bookings are normally taken from Friday to Friday but there can be some flexibility dependent upon flight schedules and availability.
    Access is from 16.00hrs on day of arrival. To allow for cleaning for the next incoming rental, the property must be vacated by 10.00hrs on day of departure.
  • A non-refundable Deposit of £100 per week is payable at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed the Deposit will be deducted from the full rental amount.
    A further fully-refundable Security Deposit of £150 will be added to the overall booking cost to cover against losses, breakages, addditional cleaning and/or lost keys.
    A welcome pack (containing bread, milk, eggs, cereals, orange juice, butter, fruits, water and biscuits) can be made available for your arrival at an extra cost of £25.
    High chairs and cots can be provided at an extra cost of £20 each for the duration of the stay.
    Payment can be made in £s sterling to a UK Bank Account or in $US to a US Bank Account to suit our guests.
  • Cancellation charges apply if a confirmed booking is later cancelled.

A great base for all the attractions

My partner and I joined some friends for a fabulous stay in this villa in the golfing community of Remington, Kissimmee in January 2010. The owner was really helpful in providing us with information before we went and when we arrived we were amazed at how spacious the villa seemed to be. The website description was accurate and the place was well maintained. There are four good sized bedrooms, an en-suite to the main bedroom and a separate bathrooom with bath and shower, a sitting area and an entertainment area overlooking the pool, together with a lovely kitchen. We didn't use the pool in January but it was a good size and looked ideal for families. A minor maintenance issue whilst we were there was resolved quickly by the local management team.
From the villa you can get to the various Disney, Universal etc. parks within 30 minutes using the main roads but in much less time using the Florida Turnpike which only costs $2.50 a time. Taking the main roads is very interesting as they take you past lots of other activities, shops, and restaurants but if you want to get back quickly use the Turnpike.
For those people who enjoy a round of golf from time to time there is a great choice of golf clubs in the Kissimmee area. The nearest golf course is actually on the same development as the villa and another club further down the road has great greens and is excellent value for money too.
There is such a variety of restaurants in the area you will be spoilt for choice. They range from burger/chicken bars to expensive restaurants and everything in between. For great all-you-can-eat value make sure you don't miss out on the Golden Corrall!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Hope you have a great stay there!

I'm not a golfer but guests who have stayed at the villa tell me that the golfing is superb and good value for money.
I am currently in the process of arranging for an internet connection to be available in the property in the next few months.

My 3rd visit

I have just returned from my 3rd visit to this beautiful villa. The property is always spotlessley clean and very well maintained. There is plenty of equipment in the kitchen which is always handy.
Although it is a little out of Orlando it only takes 20 minutes to get to all of the theme parks and shopping malls, even quicker if you use the toll road.
There are loads of places to eat only a few minutes away but if you want a special meal then I can recommend Seasons 52 and The Cheese cake factory.
I booked through the owner direct and he was extremely helpfull and friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: I am always delighted when this visitor stays at the villa because I know she would not return unless she was completely happy staying there.
I would also recommend the eating places mentioned in the review, I have tried them both they're great.

Happy holidays at the villa

I have been to this villa twice and both times have been fantastic. I went with my husband and another couple who are close friends. This villa was perfect for us as there are two double bedrooms one with on suite bathroom and the other with bathroom next door. The way the bedrooms are situated with one at the front and one at the back it gave us lots of privacy and with the two twin bedrooms in the middle it is perfect for 2 families. The pool was great, just what you need to cool down after a long day at the theme parks.
There was loads of room in this villa and the kitchen was so well equipped complete with large fridge freezer so that we were able to do one big shop at the start of the holiday leaving us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Wallmart is only about 10 minutes away and it is so big you could spend a day just looking at the variety of things they stock not counting the food. Well worth a visit.
The villa is situated on a clean and quiet estate just minutes away from the main interstate which leads to all the main attractions and the centre of Orlando.
We are going back in January and we can’t wait.
