At the top of the prestigious La Sella complex, this pretty, fully air conditioned villa has a terrace, garden and pool, with BBQ and outdoor eating area. The view of the valley and mountains is stunning. The living area is split level with kitchen and dining area on one level and the lounge has patio doors onto the pool on a lower level. The open plan kitchen has easy access to the beautiful dining area. There are 2 bedrooms - one double bed and 1 twin bedded room. There is an en suite bathroom and a separate shower room. The 42' flat screen TV has UK satellite programs. There is full air conditioning and fans. Wireless internet available. There is a carport for off street parking. La Sella has restaurant, shop, pharmacy, internet cafe, tennis and horse riding. The beach and towns of Javea and Denia are a 15 minute drive away. Easy access from the motorway and approx 90 kilometres from both Alicante and Valencia airport.

Denia and the surrounding area is noted for its greenness. There is a wealth of vineyards plus orange, lemon and olive groves dominated by the majestic Montgó mountain nature reserve and edged by the warm Mediterranean sea with its safe, sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Denia itself is a thriving cosmopolitan town with its own fishing port, yacht marina and ferry service to Ibiza just 2.5 hours away. As of 2008, there is a fabulous new shopping complex in Ondara, less than 10 minutes' drive. For theme parks, water parks, cabaret etc etc, you can visit Benidorm just 35 kms south along the motorway.
