Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa Modern 4 bedroom Villa with large pool, near the beach .

The villa consists of a 3 double bedrooms (sofa bed in 3rd bedroom) and 4th twin bedded room. The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed and en-suite. Large family bath/shower room. An extra bed can be added if required. 2 sunny lounge areas with cable television in the lounge. Lots of comfortable seating, one lounge has an open fire place with beamed ceiling. From the lounge diner is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave ect. Utility room with a washing machine and another large fridge /freezer is on the ground level. There are two dining areas, one inside and the second on an open terrace under a naya which leads to a brick built BBQ and the pool terrace. Outside there is private fenced pretty Spanish garden with a 10x5 pool and sun terrace with ample sun loungers and chairs for 8+ people. There are also shaded areas under the naya.
