The apartment was built in 2004 by Oceanico Group. Finished to a very high standard, it is within a gated, secure environment in attractively landscaped gardens. It is on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and with views from the balconies extending to the Monchique mountains. Around the pool are ample sun loungers and the restaurant/snack-bar is open every day except Monday from mid June until mid September. It is beautifully furnished and well equipped, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Its location is ideal for exploring the Western Algarve with its wonderful beaches and towns of historical interest. Distance from Lagos Marina is about 2km from where it is a relatively short walk into the old town. There is a bus service to the town several times a day and a weekly ticket can be bought at reception. Lagos is a cosmopolitan town, steeped in history and blessed with numerous quality restaurants and bars.

The apartment is situated within a small condominium comprising 44 apartments and 22 townhouses. Located on the outskirts of Lagos it is well situated for the famous Meia Praia beach (4 miles long). Apart from the many interesting and historical attractions in Lagos it is a relatively short journey to Cape St Vincent, the mountains of Monchique and a variety of towns and villages along the coast. The nearest golf clouse is Palmares (2km) but there are several others within a short drive.
