This fantastic, fully equipped ground-floor garden apartment, located on the private Country Club development of Costa Galera is close to Estepona and New Golden Mile. The complex is within close proximity to the beach, numerous outstanding and challenging golf courses, and the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 20 mins away by car. The main attraction of this urbanisation is the spectacular, state of the art Albayt Clubhouse with Spa, restaurant, gym, aerobics classes and beauty therapy treatments. In addition there are practice golf facilities and driving range, numerous pools and children's playground.

The apartment is situated between Estepona, an Andalucian fishing village, and the lovely Puerto de La Duquesa, are both only about 4 miles away. Favourite places of interest include the enchanting 'white' village of Casares and the ancient town of Ronda with its breathtaking views. The world famous luxury port of Puerto Banus offers the chance to rub shoulders with the rich and famous and to shop in its many designer boutiques. During the day the bustling port provides ample places to eat and drink and at night takes on a different ambiance with lively bars and nightclubs. Gibraltar and its many attractions, including tax free shopping, are a 30 minute drive away. The fast ferry to Morocco from Algeciras is only a 40 minute by car, also. There are several golf courses nearby; the closest being Estepona and Duquesa. The championship courses of Valderrama, Finca Courtesin and San Roque are also a short drive away. For the family, Selwo Nature Reserve is close by.

This garden apartment has access to a pool 50 metres away. It has its own secure parking with lifts to all floors. The laundry is changed once a week and additional laundry/cleaning upon request at a small charge. Towels provided are for use in the apartment only and guests MUST provide their own beach towels. Highchairs and cots can be provided at an additional cost. A babysitting service is also available. We recommend a hire of car throughout your stay, however, local taxi services are a very reasonable mode of transport for evening activities. There is a supermarket 1.5km away. Basic Sky channels are available.

Temporary residents are most welcome to use the facilities at the Albayt Country Club. Daily/weekly membership rates of the Spa facilities are available on application at the clubhouse.

Golf: This part of the Andalucian coast, boasts many outstanding courses with spectacular views. These include championship courses such as Valderrama, Finca Courtesin and San Roque, all within a short drive from the apartment. Further advice on local courses is available upon request. Reduced fees at some courses can be arranged by the owner of the property.
