The accommodation was brand new in 2008 and has been finished to a very high standard. There are two bedrooms, one double bed and toilet, bathroom, second one is twin beds with its own balcony all with beautiful views of the surrounding lush mountains. It is air conditioned and ideally situated in a peaceful location in the more sophisticated resort of Icmeler near Marmaris, just a 15 min stroll to the beach and all local amenities. You can enjoy the use of the two private patios, garden and sun terrace. You would have the exclusive use of the quality fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob.

A peaceful location, just a fifteen minutes walk away from the beach, in this small, picturesque fishing village which has only been discovered by British holiday makers in recent years. The apartment, which is on the second floor , including the local market, and great bars and restaurants for eating out, and provides all the facilities of a real home from home for relaxing. There are two large balconies and garden views. A car is not necessary if you wish to remain in Icmeler but cars, jeeps, motorcycles, and bicycles are available for hire should you wish to take a tour around the breathtaking scenery.

Notes: Icmeler is the best; we believe it to be the most desirable location in the Marmaris area. It is a small town with an up market feel to it & a friendly village atmosphere, we cannot emphasise enough just how nice and friendly the local people are. Back from the beach behind the long promenade there is the newer part of Icmeler with shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, small supermarket & a pretty canal area, further back from the beach is the old village.
