Ocho Rios holiday villa

Avalon Villa is a beautiful one story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa nestled in a lush tropical garden overlooking the sea and approximately 3 miles east of the town of Ocho Rios. The villa also has a separate studio unit that can be rented along with the main house to provide 4 bedrooms.

The villa interior consists of a lovely living room and dining area which open up to the outside via a long covered verandah facing the pool and ocean. The verandah has comfortable seating areas and lounge chairs. The villa has three equal sized air conditioned bedrooms with a king bed in #1, queen in #2 and twin beds in #3. Each has full bath and ceiling fans, cable television and the master bedroom has a phone and VCR. Large closets, stylish drapes and bedspreads complete the picture. Two bedrooms open directly, via double doors, to the verandah and pool, the third bedroom has a garden view.

Outdoors the villa has a large fresh water pool. Ocean access is via a short path that leads to a stairway down the cliff to a seaside (30 x 80 foot) entertainment area, bar, two powder rooms and swimming terrace.

A newly added party area with wet bar, terrace overlooking the sea and expansive lawns provide the ideal setting for large weddings and parties. The villa has a full set of lights and decorations that can be rented to decorate the trees, bar and terrace for your special event.

Avalon has a full staff of five, composed of cook, two housekeepers laundress and gardener.
