Indoor electrically heated swimming pool which can be totally locked for child protection and perfect for those chilly days. On hot and still days it is possible to open up one complete side of the pool room to give access to the sun terrace and BBQ area. The villa has 3 double bedrooms with the master bedroom en-suite, a large family bathroom and a large well equipped dining/kitchen area. Lounge with fireplace and satellite TV, DVD. Mature gardens and beautiful views of the mountains and countryside.

Notes: Villa Alegre is a single level building with no internal steps. The BBQ and patio area has a border fence which can be shut to keep small children safe. The property stands on 1000 metres of mature gardens and has fabulous views of the countryside and mountains. You can see the amazing sunsets from the picture window in the swimming pool room. Ideally situated for the large golden sand beaches of Corralejo and the fabulous lagoon and sport beaches of El Cotillo. Each are about a ten minute drive away. Walking some very scenic routes is possible directly from the property. Lajares, although only a small village has a wealth of useful local amenities. A large supermarket which includes fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh meat and fish. There are also a good selection of restaurants in the village. French patisserie and a fresh herb market in the central square every Saturday morning. Cash machines, pharmacy, surf shops and local artisan can all be found in this lovely village.
