This one bedroom apartment is a super location for a family holiday in Cannes as it is so close to the beach. It would also be perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a holiday on the Cote d'Azur. For those coming to Cannes on business, you will be situated just behind the Martinez Hotel so only a 10 minute walk to the Palais des Festivales. The apartment has a great feeling of light and space. The living room opens up onto the terrace where you can enjoy your aperitifs or morning cup of coffee. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room for extra guests, so 2 couples could happily share the apartment. The bedroom is well furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, hand basin and W.C. The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday or business rental.
