The main living room offers a big screen TV, which is integrated into the built in entertainment center. The kitchen with its oversized granite countertop and wooden cabinets offers enormous space. If for some reason you don`t feel like eating outside on the oversized pool area, there is always enough room in the breakfast nook, which is right next to the kitchen. The main bedroom offers a large king size bed and is flooded with light. The extra large sun deck offers western exposure, plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine as well as solar and electrically heated swimming pool and hot tub with a built in waterfall.     Cancellations need to be made in writing. No refund from the Reservation Deposit if contract is canceled within 60 days prior your arrival. Half of the Reservation Deposit is refundable before 61 days of your arrival.
