Beautiful Studio Apartment with Large Garden Terrace just steps from the sea at Roquebrune Cap Martin. Uninterrupted sea views, peace, calm and tranquility... yet less than a km from Monaco with all it's International Attractions. The Palm Studio is part of Casarella L'Isolella, but quite separate with its own entrance and large garden terrace with outside eating area and large cushioned sun chairs. It is the only rental apartment on the site and so is quite private. The apartment is for two people but we can accommodate a small baby (travel cot and high chair available). The Palm Studio has an open plan kitchen, new, fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower over and is furnished with English Antique furniture, easy chairs, hand-made rugs and natural stone floors... French windows open to uninterrupted views of the sea.

The Coastal Walking Path between Monaco and Menton around Cap Martin is a few metres below... The Ancient Village of Roquebrune with its Illuminated Chateau, Tiny streets, Fine Restaurants and Bars is situated high above and can be reached in a few minutes by car.. or on foot... (lots of steps...but so good for you!)... Stunning Scenic Drives, Monaco, Menton and the Italian border are all near by. Frequent bus service to Monaco, Nice and Menton very close by... Trains East to Italy and West along the Cote d'Azur five minutes walk away... MONACO GRAND PRIX - Inside 'Exclusion Zone... so you can walk or drive in! .... MONTE CARLO TENNIS MASTERS - just 400 metres away......

There is coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, oil and vinegar etc. in the kitchen and plenty of loo rolls in the studio to welcome you on arrival...... We don't ask for a security deposit ......(we have found that it's not necessary!)......... BUT...

    ...To protect the property and for 'everyone's' security....We ask for A KEY DEPOSIT OF 50 EUROS IN CASH WHEN YOU COLLECT GARDEN GATE AND STUDIO KEYS ON ARRIVAL - WHICH WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU UPON SAFE RETURN OF THE KEYS AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.......... Thank you.
