Just 5 minutes walking distance from this lively little fishing town, Colina Branca is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Pestana Golf Centre being a few minutes’ driving distance. These spacious townhouses are situated on a tranquil elevated position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own terraced patio areas. The roof terrace offers privacy and an excellent spot to sunbathe or simply watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. The living room terrace is sheltered and South facing, with a superb view over Carvoeiro and the ocean. Colina Branca has its own private landscaped gardens in addition to the communal swimming pool. The gardens and pool areas are all lit at night.

The 'Traditional' Colina Branca townhouse has virtually the same layout as all the other Colina Branca townhouses. It has the same stunning sea view, and shares the same swimming pool. The difference is that this has the Traditional style Portuguese kitchen and bathrooms, and slightly older style decor. Hence lower prices. The house is equally clean and beautiful, with well-equipped kitchen, Sky TV, bath towels and linen provided, and maid service three times per week. Cot and other baby items are available upon request.

Carvoeiro is a bustling village with a fantastic array of lively bars, restaurants and shops. The restaurants cater for all tastes, the local specialities being fish and seafood dishes. There are a selection of beaches close by, some large and busy, some small secluded coves, and amazing cliff top walks. There are several golf courses within a short driving distance from the villa, as well as the Vale do Milho 9 hole golf course which is within walking distance. For those who prefer to explore, the Monchique mountain, which is the highest pint of the Algarve, is just a short drive away, and the historic town of Silves with it's ancient castle and museums is also nearby. For children, there is Slide and Splash water park and Aqualand. Zoomarine is home to dolphins, seals and other marine life, and the dolphin show is something spectacular for all the family to see, as well as the high diving show. Other nearby attractions include tennis club, diving school, beauty therapy and massage.
