This brand new, beautifully furnished apartment overlooks the Ria Formosa in the Eastern Algarve. Located in the traditional fishing village of Fuseta, only 20km from Faro airport, the property is in an exclusive development with a swimming pool and communal sunbathing areas. It is a large two bedroom property with two bathrooms, a living /dining area, utility area and a fully fitted kitchen. The large balcony off the living room has lovely sea views and there is a magnificent private roof terrace, the length of the apartment which is ideal for sunbathing and eating al fresco.

Fuseta is a charming, traditional Portuguese fishing village located in the beautiful Ria Formosa area of the Algarve, 10 km from Tavira. It offers a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. There is a beautiful lagoon beach just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, or a 5 minutes ferry ride will take you to the unspoilt island beach (Ilha Do Armona) which stretches for miles. Ferries go regularly all day until 8 pm. There is a train station less than a minute's walk from the apartment which is ideal for day trips to Faro, with its beautiful marina and shopping or Tavira, an historic town with many 18th Century buildings along with 37 churches. Fuseta is 30 km from Ayamonte in Spain, which is well worth a visit.
