Villa Laroc is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom modern detached villa furnished to a high standard with a private electrically heated swimming pool, totally enclosed private garden & terrace with BBQ. Upstairs, leading from the master bedroom is a 250sq.ft terrace, which enjoys the sun from dawn to dusk. From here there are fantastic views to the sea, mountains and Las Coloradas. Sky satellite TV (limited channels), German satellite TV, CD player & DVD.

A short stroll will bring you to 'El Pueblo' the new stylish shopping centre of Las Coloradas where you will find snack bars, children's playground and an excellent supermarket selling fresh produce. A beautiful pedestrianised sea front promenade stretches from Las Coloradas to the lighthouse at Pechiguera. 4 miles! A 15 minute walk from Villa Laroc will bring you to the celebrated Marina Rubicon where you will find a variety of quality shops and restaurants. The picturesque village of Playa Blanca is 2 miles away with entertainment based mainly around restaurants, bars & hotels. Playa Blanca is conveniently situated for some of Lanzarote's main tourist attaractions - Papagayo National Park, Timanfaya National Park, Ferry to Fuerteventura.

Excellent stay at a perfect maintained villa

We stayed at Villa Laroc for three weeks. The first thing we noticed on our arrival was how well maintained, tidy and clean the villa was. Everything is like brand new.

The garden with its heated pool is very nice and gives a lot of privacy. The villa is very well equipped with every thing you need (and much much more). A fully equipped kitchen, nice furniture, two bathrooms, flatscreen tv with uncountable satellite channels, sun beds aso.

Not only the garden, but also the large upstairs terrace is a very nice place to enjoy the sun and has a nice view.

Jane & David were very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we definitely will consider Villa Laroc for our next holiday at Lanzarote.

We have just returned from 10 days at Villa Laroc and have to say what a beautiful Villa.
The Villa was immaculate on arrival and you are not overlooked at all, its very peaceful and we all had a fantastic time, so much so that we have just booked to go back next year. The communication from David and Jane was brilliant and very helpful with transfers and local information. The Marina is a 15min walk and from there you walk the coast line into town - Beautiful. Would highly recommend.

9 day stay at Villa Laroc

We have recently returned from our 9 day stay at Villa Laroc and wanted to let you know how much we had enjoyed our holiday!
The villa was spotless on our arrival and just as described in the details. Mary came over to introduce herself on the day after our arrival and was very helpful and friendly, we had no need to contact her as there were no problems at all during our stay. We found the villa very comfortable and especially enjoyed having a heated swimming pool!
We would stay at Villa Laroc again and have already recommended it to friends, Thankyou for your prompt replies to any emails and clear directions to the villa.
Having a positive experience really made our holiday and everything went very smoothly, we also really like Playa Blanca!
