Villa Laroc is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom modern detached villa furnished to a high standard with a private electrically heated swimming pool, totally enclosed private garden & terrace with BBQ. Upstairs, leading from the master bedroom, is a 250sq.ft terrace, which enjoys the sun from dawn to dusk. From here there are fantastic views to the sea, mountains and Las Coloradas. There are two TV satellite systems - one is Sky showing English channels. The other system shows programmes in Spanish French & German. There is also Spanish Digital TV - Disney channel. CD player & DVD.

A beautiful pedestrianised sea front promenade stretches from Las Coloradas to the lighthouse at Pechiguera. 4 miles! A 15 minute walk from Villa Laroc will bring you to the celebrated Marina Rubicon where you will find a variety of quality shops and restaurants. The picturesque village of Playa Blanca is 2 miles away with entertainment based mainly around restaurants, bars & hotels.
