Spacious villa, with sea view, located on large corner plot with landscaped gardens and large pool. Villa Buenavista has three double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate six people. Inside, the large lounge includes widescreen TV, DVD Cinema system and Satellite TV reception (free channels from Astra A inc Sky News, BBC World). Free use of 6MB wireless broadband internet is included. Wi-Fi details provided on arrival. Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are air-conditioned for summer, heated during winter. Master bedroom has Super-King bed. Twin beds 2 & 3. Two recently refitted modern bathrooms with walk in showers. Kitchen with dishwasher, freezer etc. On the Naya or roof terrace relax and take in the sea view. Outside the private gardens are well planted to all sides of the villa. To the South is a large 10m swimming pool and outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool and sun terrace is an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.

Close to the cosmopolitan village of Moraira with its many restaurants and sandy beaches, our Villa is a great family base in which to explore this beautiful part of Spain. A short drive gives the option to visit a cliff top light house with views across to Ibiza or in to the mountains for stunning views of the coastline from Denia in the North to Benidorm in the South. In the mountains visit and swim in Les Fonts de L'Algar then lunch in traditional Spanish restaurant with views of the Costa Blanca coastline. If outlet shopping in Ondara, or browsing through the local shops in Gata de Gorgos and Teluada are not your thing, then head South to Benidorm to visit Aqualandia, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.

The location of the property I found to be excellent offering easy access to surrounding golf courses and resaurants. the quality of the property, and cleanliness were first rate. The property has a sea view, large pool for kids to splash the day away with good size barbeque for those warm evenings.

The villa has everything you could ever wish for in a holiday property, we had a cracking 5 days there which definately wasn't long enough!

We flew into Alicante and hired a car, it's a relatively simple journey to the villa with some great driving towards the end through the windy roads.

The villa is beautifully decorated, well maintained, well equipped and feels like a home from home. The outdoor BBQ / kitchen is excellent, we cooked outside a few times, drinking and cooking in the sun with a few tunes on - excellent!

It is in a fantastic location in a very quiet and secluded area, no noise from anywhere both day and night. There are wonderful sea views from the villa and the view of the sunrise from the roof is exceptional, however don't go out in just your pants as the pool man will probably be there at silly o'clock in the morning! He does a good job though, the pool is spacious, clean etc...

There are two towns nearby which are very convenient for shopping, eating out and lounging on the sandy beaches etc. The big cities aren't a million miles away either however I don't recommend driving around Valencia, it's absolute chaos!!!

The neighbours are left in charge of looking after the property in the absense of the owners so if you need any help or advice whilst your on your hols they are more than happy to help.

All in all we haven't got a bad word for this villa, it's just gorgeous and excellent value for money, and we'd love to come back... for longer!
