Photos and Description of this 18th Montmartre holiday apartment In a great location, this first floor, 1 bedroom apartment, sleeps 2 (+ child)

The flat is approximately 20 square meters with one bedroom containing a double bed, chest of drawers, one bedside table and one chair. The window looks out over the street and is double glazed. We provide the sheets and covers. The kitchenette also has a dining area with half-moon table and two chairs. It is equipped with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pans, cutlery and lots of glasses and plates. We provide tea-towels. In the recently renovated bathroom (August 2009) behind folding doors off the kitchen, you will find a shower unit, toilet and basin. We provide soap, toilet paper, towels and hair dryer. The building has two secure doors, one with code access. Rue Durantin is in a quiet street, although in walking distance of Rue des Abbesses where all the bars and restaurants are situated. The metro station is in walking distance at the bottom of our street, as is the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. We are in a fabulous location.

It’s in the heart of Montmartre, that you will discover this charming apartment, located on the first floor of a 1900 building in the calm atmosphere of the rue Durantin, just off Place des Abbesses. In addition to its touristic and historic appeal, the neighbourhood is particularly appreciated for its “village” atmosphere full of traditional shops, bars and restaurants that make it one of the liveliest and friendliest areas of Paris. The apartment is a few minutes walk from all the famous Montmartre sites (Moulin Rouge, Sacré Coeur, Place du Tertre, Café des 2 Moulins) and from public transport. You will able to reach the Champs Elysées in 15 minutes, and the Louvres museum in 25 minutes. In order to provide our guests with a real trip to historic Montmartre, the place has been recently fitted and tastefully decorated with period furniture. Each detail has been carefully sought after to give you the impression that you are in a precious Parisian apartment.
