Villa Pietra is a typical stone house located in a gorgeous hillside overlooking the bay of Coccorino. The somewhat secluded location of the cottage allows guests rest and relaxation. The villa is surrounded by a lush private garden with deck chairs and umbrella, from which one enjoys a truly breathtaking view of the sea, the surrounding hills and the colorful flora. The next beach is the small bay of Coccorino situated right below the villa and reachable on foot or by car (600m). Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Cape Vaticano can comfortably be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. The spacious and tastefully furnished Villa has a floor space of 70 square meters, surrounded by a spacious garden area (100 sq.m.) and furnished terrace with unobstructed ocean views. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen-lounge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Barbecue in the garden.

The next beach is the small bay of Coccorino situated right below the villa and reachable on foot or by car (600m). Alternatively, the bays of Santa Maria and Cape Vaticano can comfortably be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. For dinner and lunch you can walk down to the local restaurant Da Mercurio, in which the boss himself cooks and serves only fresh fish and other regional specialties and pizza (8 minutes walk). During the summer months the bay of Coccorino offers two beach bars with ice cream, coffee, drinks and small dishes. The nearest shops are in the center of Coccorino (5 minutes by car) or in nearby Santa Maria (also 5 minutes by car).
