A unique holiday villa split over three floors with bedrooms up and down and comfortable living area comprising of kitchen, dining space and lounge on the middle level with a large terrace for entertaining and BBQ's. Situated on the edge of the popular village Figueira with the use of a shared pool and perfectly manicured gardens, this property is set in fantastic countryside, close to many of the Algarve's secluded beaches and golf courses of which a 30% reduction on green fees for Parque Da Floresta golf course is offered. Beautifully decorated to a very high standard where you will find satellite TV, DVD and CD players and a log burner for cooler evenings during the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and gas cooker.

The villa is located on the Quinta Da Aldeia development, in the village of Figueria. Faro airport is 100km and takes about an hour to drive to and from. Car hire is recommend but not essential, we recommend Luz car rental. The quinta is part of the Vigia Group who are the developers of the Parque Da Floresta Golf, Spa and Leisure Resort that is located only 1 km away. There are three beautiful beaches with beach bars and restaurants, all within 15 minutes of Figueria. Salema is the nearest beach, which also offers fantastic restaurants and bars that look out over this small fishing bay, an ideal spot for families with children.
