Santo Estevão is a small country village but has a small supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Tavira itself is a very well known old town with lots of narrow streets with many typical houses, a river crossing it and a roman bridge for pedestrians. It has a castle, lots of churches, a garden by the river and various restaurants and coffee shops with outside esplanade.
