Outside is a large sun terrace, 8 x 3m private swimming pool, landscape gardens with ample sun loungers and parasols. To the rear of the property is a large patio with table and seating for six with built in barbecue with spit roast facility, perfect for alfresco dining. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with balconies) all with huge floor to ceiling wardrobes and air conditioning, family bathroom and extra storage. We are situated within easy reach of Protaras and Pernera and some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Ayia Triada fishing harbour and beautiful beach is just a 5 minute stroll from the villa, as is Serena Bay ,with its idyllic views and heavenly taverna. Easy stroll to several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Short bus journey to clubs and bars in Protaras and Ayia Napa.

Water sports and boat trips are available at the stunning Golden Coast Marina. Ayia Triada fishing harbour is just a few minutes stroll and here you will find a beautiful small beach with shallow calm water, perfect for children. The Villa is a short walk to several restaurants, supermarkets, hotels and bars. Local buses run every 15 minutes into Pernera, Protars and Ayia Napa for the 'bright lights', clubs and special occasion dining. The new coastal path takes you from Pernera to Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, a short stroll of 15 minutes with fabulous sea views.
