This house is located in one of the most exclusive beach in Monte Argentario, close to Maremma. Monte Argentario is a rocky peninsula in the blue water of Mediterranean sea, all surrounded by bays and little harbours. From your swimming pool you can join an incomparable view of Giglio, Giannutri, Elba islands and some days Corsica and Sardinia. All around Tuscany offer a great range of cultural and natural itinerary: the Natural Park of Maremma, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Saturnia Spa, and the world around famous 'Strade del vino/ Wine itineraries' the Chianti shire. Calapiccola is a small exclusive, private rocky beach but sandy beaches are all around (La Feniglia 4 km, La Giannella 3 km) Cala Piccola is located in the middle of the nature, in a very restful and quiet place. The nearest town is Porto Santo Stefano a characteristic small town where there is a splendid fish market, stores of every kind.

Notes: the house have been completely renewed 3 years ago. It consist in a large common room with fire place one bed/sofa and 1 arm chais, dinnar/lunch space and nice furniture. Kotchnette modern and efficent, with frigo and freezer, dichwashes. One bed room with its own big bathroom is in the house, another bedroom also with bathroom and shower is attached with private entrance from the patio garden. In the patio you have a space with barbecue, table and chairs. All around the house there is a beautifull flowered terrace and a private beatifull garden will complete the propriety. The total bed space is 6
