Photos and Description of this Flaux holiday farmhouse Newly renovated & in a village close to Uzès, this is the ideal holiday retreat!

The property is quietly located in a village near Uzès. On two levels, the ground floor is entirely taken up by the open plan living-dining room, a cook's dream of a kitchen with doors to a delightful dining terrace, an entrance room and bathroom. There are large glass doors from the livingroom to the terrace and garden and the property gets sunshine & light throughout the day. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms, one of which is en suite. 3 of the bedrooms overlook the garden and pool, the 4th has views over a courtyard and neighbouring houses at the back. The renovation has been carried out with a great deal of taste and the house is very comfortably furnished reflecting the local Provençale colours & traditions. The garden is fully enclosed, very private and planed with fruit trees, flowering shrubs and climbers.

Flaux is a sleepy little village (except when the local chateau puts on a music evening as happens occasionally) surrounded by vineyards and forest. Numerous other villages are dotted around the countryside, the closest being St Siffret with restaurants & café and St Quentin with everything including a weekly market. The queen of them all, Uzès, is but 7 kms away with it's two weekly markets and all other delights one may care to indulge in.
