A very nice and modern new house, in the Eastern Algarve, situated in a quiet village near the sea and 3 Golf courses - Vila Nova de Cacela - between Tavira and Vila Real de Sto. Antonio, 10km away from the Spanish border, with 3 bedrooms - one en suite; sitting/dining room; kitchen; 2 W.C.; garage ; patio with barbecue. The house is fitted with air conditioning in all the main rooms.

This property is located very close to the protected area of Ria Formosa and Cacela Velha, the biggest attraction in the area with its wonderful view over the sea. About 9km away, we have the town of Vila Real Sto. António with its lovely Marina and ferry boat terminal, with regular ferry trips to Spain; many shops, coffee shops and restaurants. If we take the direction towards Faro (on the EN 125) also about 9km away, we have the roman town of Tavira and its picturesque houses, narrow streets, a nice central garden by the river that crosses the town with its roman bridge, that can still be used by pedestrians.
