Accommodations for 6: Typical villa of the Marche region from the end of 800’s. The restoration was carried out in 1996, keeping its original structure using traditional materials. This property is immersed in the green hills of the Ascoli Piceno. Its position allows its guests to reach the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea (10 min drive away) and also to discover the landscapes of the Appenines. From the main entrance you enter directly the living room divided into a sitting area and a dining area with a fireplace. On this floor, passing under an arch, you will find a kitchen and the sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. From the main sitting room a wooden staircase leads up to the sleeping area, composed of two double bedrooms (One of which has a private bathroom (shower)), a twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower. The main bedroom also has access to a 30 m² terrace. On the ground floor, you will also the laundry room. A great pool completes the villa.
