Situated on the prestigious urbanisation Dona Pepa. Immaculately well presented 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. We have aimed for a very high standard of furnishing to make your holiday as pleasant as possible, making it your home away from home. With private gated shared pool & toddlers pool surrounded by well kept gardens our home comprises 1 double bedroom leading onto a balcony with seating to enjoy a glass of wine , 1 twin bedded room and large luxury bathroom. Downstairs is a separate kitchen, fully equipped, WC handy for the kids, and spacious lounge/dining with sat TV, Internet access and playstation2 to keep the kids busy. Front and back patio and terrace with private gardens and furniture, parasol and BBQ. Within 3min walk, supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurants and a playground for the kids and 5min drive into Quesada town numerous shops, banks, bars, restaurants, chemist, post office, country club and golf course. Guardamar is a short drive away with sandy blue flag beaches

Quesada is about a 40 minutes drive from the Alicante or Murcia airports and served by excellent road networks. Just one hour north to Benidorm (terra mitica theme park and large Aqua Park), 10 minutes away from Torrevieja with its therapeutic salt lakes known for its healing climate great for asthma, rheumatism and skin ailments. A big new shopping mall (La Habanera),cinema, bowling alley, restaurants, bars, aqua park and bustling nightlife. Quesada is about 7 minutes drive away from Guardamar with its beautiful sandy blue flag beaches. In Quesada you have the “La Marquesa golf club, aqua park, country club, luxury spa hotel worth a visit. Within 30 min drive you have other golf courses such as la manga,villamartin,la finca,campoamar. If you are looking for a family/couples retreat this is the place to be. Sun, beaches, golf, water sports, winter breaks or just a weekend break.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to ensure your reservation. The balance is required 5 weeks prior to your arrival at the house. A 200 Euros key/damage deposit is required along with the balance and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 2 weeks of departure. Please, any damages must be reported to the caretakers or small damages can be replaced with similar items, e.g. crockery and glasses. Directions and meeting instructions will be forwarded once balance has been received. There is a cleaning charge including washing of linen and towels of 55 Euros payable to the caretakers upon arrival.
  • Bookings and departures can be made any day of the week, we do not operate a sat-sat booking. This way you can take full advantage of obtaining cheaper flight deals.
    Arrival times any time after 15.30 pm and departure before 10.30 am providing of course no other guests are coming or leaving on that day then the time is flexible once agreed with the owners.
    Long term rentals are avaible for those waiting on there own Spanish home or property inspection visits as well as short breaks for a weekend to escape the hectic week you've had.

    Unlimited 4 Mb broadband internet access available upon request when making your booking.
    Telephone is available upon request when making your booking.
    Please note that all calls made will be deducted from key/damage deposit so we strongly advice to use wisely.
  • Welcome packs are available as well as airport pick up and drop off, available upon request, inquiry when booking and, payable upon arrival to our caretaker. All our guests will be personally contacted the day prior to arrival to make sure your flights don’t have any delays and if you have any special request (flowers,wine/champagne,chocolates) for special occasions and will be ready for when you get to the house on arrival
    When on holiday we want you to have peace of mind. Our friendly caretakers live nearby to offer any help should it be needed and any problems are resolved with the minimum of fuss.
