The delightful Provencal villa “Rêveries” is of high standards, bright and comfortable, set within a magnificent garden in a very quiet residential area, at the end of a dead-end road and within walking distance to the village. The villa has four double bedrooms. “Orange” with en suite shower and toilet, “lavender blue”, “green” and “yellow”, with separate shower room and toilet. Large sitting and dining room and a spacious well equipped kitchen. South facing covered terrace, BBQ and garden with stunning view to the massif des Maures. Swimming pool (5 x 10m), pool house with shower and toilet and fully equipped summer kitchen & BBQ, 6 sunbeds and other relaxing chairs at the pool side. Simply a great place to relax and to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The ideal place to spend your holidays with your family or friends.

Half way between the Gorges du Verdon and the Mediterranean coast, amidst olive groves and famous vineyards. Flayosc is a medieval village perched on a low, conical hill a few km west of Draguignan. The village was defended by its circular wall of houses, much still visible today. In some areas, a second wall of buildings is separated from the outer section by a very narrow street. Within the old village, sections of ancient walls and the three old 'portes' Sarrasine, Cresson and Paris can be seen. In the village you will find several restaurants, bars, little shops, bakeries, grocery, butchery, fish shop, fresh fruits, vegetables and pharmacy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in Euros

    The villa is rented from Saturday to Saturday during high season (July & August).
    Between September and May there is flexibility for both shorter and longer rental periods - Spring & Autumn are a particularly beautiful time in the Var.

    Changeover day is Saturday but out of season this can be flexible. Arrival time - after 4 p.m. and before 9 p.m. Departure time: by 10.00 a.m. to allow for comprehensive cleaning of the villa.
  • Booking Deposit and payments
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book the Villa. The balance should be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of € 400 is also required (to be paid with your final balance). The security deposit will be fully refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure given that no damage payments are due.

    € 80 for cleaning to be paid by cash upon departure

    Cancellations will be charged: 50% for 6 weeks, 65% for 4 weeks and full rate for less than 4 weeks prior to booked arrival date.

    The rent includes bed linen and bathroom towels. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

    Out of summer and high season an additional charge for heating may apply.
