This modern duplex apartment on the small well kept Menorca complex offers the ideal base for your family holiday, close to all of the main attractions of the northern Costa Blanca coast, and just 200 metres from the sea. Over two floors this accommodation comprises master bedroom + en-suite with two twin bedded rooms sharing second bathroom, these rooms all benefit from dual speed cooling ceiling fans. On the ground floor a comfortable airy TV/lounge dining room leading to sun terrace and private screened garden with patio furniture for al fresco eating and easy access to the communal pool and children’s play area. A fully functional well equipped kitchen and third bathroom complete the property. Additionally the apartment has its own reserved parking space in the secure underground car park served by a lift almost to its front door! Nearby are two supermarkets, a pharmacy and quality bars and restaurants. The local bus service to the beach, port and old town stops 80 metres away.

The town of Javea is well known to those who enjoy holidays in the northern Costa Blanca region - a wealth of information can be found on the internet about the town itself, the port/harbour area and the famous Arenal blue flag beach, with it's shops, cafe-bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated just over a kilometre from the Arenal being a flat 10/15 minute walk or short bus ride away. All the main attractions of this part of the Costa Blanca are less than an hours drive away, including the Terra Mitica fun park, it's sister park Terra Natura, Sea World (Mundo Mar), the Aqualandia water park and Benidorm. Explore the pretty mountain villages and sample the wines of the region in the Bodegas of the Jalon valley. Swim in the crystal sea at one of the small idyllic coves along the coast and try the Tapas and local seafood speciality dishes.. Shop in Denia or at the Eroski retail centre near Ondara, for the more adventurous take a day trip to the wonderful city of Valencia.
