The chateau comprises 230m² of living space in a private park of more than 5000m². On the ground floor is the living room with open fire, a spacious dining room leading on to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 large twin bedrooms, each with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There is also an office/games room that can be used as an additional bedroom for the young. On the first floor is a large quad room (2 double beds) with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is a further large twin bedroom with direct access to the balcony. Outside the vineyard stretches over a 70 hectare estate that lies at the foot of Mont Caroux and beside the Haut Languedoc Regional Park. A 12x6m fenced private pool also sits within the grounds. The outdoor dining terrace is 70m².
