The accommodation is arranged over three floors reached by the most magnificent stone and iron staircase. The hall and landings are very grand, indeed rooms in their own right, with polished wood panelling and original tiles. The ground floor enjoys a spacious fully equipped kitchen/larder with 4 ovens Aga and views over the courtyard as well as a salon in which to relax adjoined to the dining room seatting at 16+. There is also a library with desk looking out across the fully enclosed gardens and pool and a cloakroom. There is satellite television, stereo, Ipod docking station and full Wifi access. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite with the Main bedroom. On the top floor there are 3 further bedrooms, a playroom and a shower room. Please note that every room has two full height windows with views.

The front of the house opens onto a courtyard with ample parking, glorious views, and an ancient vine to sit under on hot evenings. Adjacent is the beautiful barn of winemaker and farmer Mon Martin. To the rear is the fully enclosed and private garden with the salt filtration pool, shady trees, recliners, BBQ and dining table.
