This secluded villa with its spectacular location is called “Villa Noufaro” (water lily) and, on its upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed, a bath, and a kitchen and separate living room, both with a view to the ocean. The half-submersed lower floor has one bedroom with a double bed and individual bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds) that mutually share a bathroom and kitchenette. Two generous covered patios and the lovingly landscaped garden are the major centers for relaxation. The peremiteris fully fenced off, which will suit any family with small children. The property, situated in a nature reserve, has its private path leading to the sandy beach of Kalamaki. Shopping possibilities, tavernas and bars are available in town, only 2 kilometers away. As the property is situated in close proximity to the airport, it sometimes is within the flight path.
