Newly furnished fully air conditioned 6th floor apartment in a residential part of Valletta, the capital city of Malta, forming part of a recently restored building, parts of which date back to the late 1700 and early 1800s. The street in which the apartment is situated and the surrounding area has enormous character and is only 2 minutes away from the main shopping centre and close to various good restaurants. The accommodation is in the form of an open plan kitchen/living and dining area, 2 bedrooms (main double bedroom with en suite shower room) bathroom and large (50 sq/m) terrace with fantastic view of the 3 Cities and the historic Grand Harbour. The large terrace is ideal for entertaining or just lounging while enjoying the view. Facilities include lift, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, LCD TV, cable with over 30 channels, internet and telephone. Laundry and cleaning service is also available upon request.
