The apartments are situated in a residential area of the village of Palmadula and comprise a choice of 2 large self-contained apartments, one with 2 bedrooms (for 4) and the other with 3 bedrooms (for 6) both with the added benefit of private outside space & BBQ. The location is perfect for those wanting facilities closeby to include a good variety of shops & a restaurant all within walking distance and conveniently situated just 20 minutes drive from the towns of Alghero and Stintino. Both apartments have the benefit of extra facilities which include a large pool, jacuzzi and sauna available to them just 2 minutes walk away for a small daily/weekly fee. The apartments are modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained, with good sized living/kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms and with internet facility. One of the many stunning beaches in the area is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Apartment Da Marco has the benefit of private off street parking with a gated entrance.

Apartment Da Marco is the larger of the two apartments with plenty of light throughout. It has 3 bedrooms (one with a balcony), 1 full bathroom and 1 cloakroom all of very good size. Two of the three bedrooms can be adapted to suit clients needs furnished with either 2 single beds or as doubles. The kitchen and living area is of very good size and well fitted and furnished with dining for 6 and a sofa bed. Outside by the main entrance of the apartment is a covered terrace area of 45 sq metres which benefits from lots of sun and is well lit for alfresco dining in the evenings with BBQ facility and sun/deck chairs. Apartment Da Marco also benefits from private gated parking.

The village of Palmadula is situated on the North/North West coast conveniently placed mid way between the airport and historic town of Alghero (just 30 minutes drive) and at the same distance going North, the village of Stintino with old and new harbour, selection of individual shops, Further on to the far northern tip La Pelosa beach is stunning and known as one of the best in Europe offering a variety of beach sports activities and the island of Asinara National Park can be visited by boat excursion. Also in the area are sites of many old ruins and organised tours operate at the famous Sella & Mosca Vineyards. There are 2 other airports on the island of Sardinia, Olbia (approx. 90 minutes) and Cagliari (approx 3 hours). Also very conveniently situated is the ferry port of Porto Torres (30 minutes), Santa Teresa approx 90 minutes and others at Olbia & Cagliari.
