This 2 bedroom, ground floor property is set in the beautiful, unspoiled Andalusian landscape, yet only minutes from the Blue Flag beach of Playa de Casares. Set in lovely gardens with a large swimming pool and children's pool, this property is ideal for families. The apartment has easy access to all amenities. Sabanillas and Puerto de La Duquesa are a couple of minutes drive away where you can find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Also within close proximity are numerous outstanding and challenging golf courses, including Finca Coutresin, home of the Volvo World Match Play 2009.

The apartment is situated between Estepona, an Andalusian fishing village, and the lovely Puerto de La Duquesa, both are only a few miles away. Favourite places of interest include the ancient town of Ronda with its breathtaking views; Marbella with its picturesque old town of boutiques and fabulous restaurants; the famous luxury port of Puerto Banus - bustling during the day with ample places to eat, and at night, it comes to live with ambiance from the many bars and nightclubs. Golfers will find the property ideal for the numerous courses within a short distance away. Finca Courtesin, home to the Volvo World Match Play Championship 2009 and Casares Golf Gardens are both just a short walk away. Both have restaurants, bars and clubhouses, whilst Finca Courtesin boasts exclusive shops, fine dining and leisure facilities. Within a 20 minute drive are many other golf courses i.e. Estepona, La Duquesa and Almenara, plus a number of championship courses such as Valderrama and San Roque.

This ground floor apartment has access to the large communal pool 50 metres away. It has its own secure parking with lifts to all floors. The laundry is changed once a week and additional laundry/cleaning is upon request at a small charge. Towels provided are for use in the apartment only and guests must provide their own beach towels. Highchairs and cots can be provided at an additional cost. We recommend renting a car throughout your stay, however, local taxi services are a very reasonable mode of transport, especially for evening activities. Basic Sky channels are available.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada is around a 2.5 hour drive away and provides excellent skiing for the winter months.

Golf: This part of the Andalucian coast, boasts many outstanding courses with spectacular views. These include championship courses such as Valderrama, Finca Courtesin and San Roque, all within a short drive away from the apartment. Further advice on local courses is available upon request. Reduced fees at some courses can be arranged by the owner of the property.
