Superbly located and furnished, 2 double storey villas and a single storey villa in a small complex of four properties 90 metres from the beach and a short walk from Latchi Harbour where you will find traditional fishing boats alongside modern yachts, a great selection of fish restaurants serving a large variety of traditional Cypriot food as well as a bank, grocery shops and cafes. For water sports lovers Latchi has a wide range of water sports available as well as two diving schools. The spacious villas are set in quiet and private grounds where you can spend lazy days enjoying the sunshine and relaxing by your private pool or cooking on the BBQ. The villas comes fully equipped with all modern comforts including air con throughout and satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen for a truly relaxing holiday.

The villa is double storey built in 2003. It has three bedrooms. The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, dining area with dining table and six chairs and a living area with a two two-seater sofas and coffee table. There is a veranda on the back and the front of the villa. The rear of the villa has a patio with a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa has a satellite TV with DVD player, wireless broadband and stereo system. The first floor consists of the another bedroom with two single beds and ensuite shower, WC and sink. Finally there is the master bedroom with double bed, two bedsit tables, a dressing table and built in wardrobes. The two bedrooms opens out to a spacious balcony with sea views. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with a bath/shower, WC and sink. The villas is air-conditioned throughout.
