This 50 m² - 540 sq ft - apartment, is part of an old palace of 15.th century. It was totally renovated and refurbished in February 2008, preserving the ancient wooden ceiling and the original 'terra cotta' floor. It opens up onto a spacious Living Room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player. Close to the Living Room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, complete with fridge, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwater and a washing machine in the utility room. The Bedroom includes a king-size bed that can be divided in two single beds. A little room with a washbasin is located before the bathroom with shower. The rooms are air conditioned and heated autonomously. For your usefulness, a wireless unlimited access to internet is available. Warning: the apartment is located on the 2.th floor without elevator and with steep stairs.

In Oltrarno there are monuments, gardens, museum, historical palaces unique in the world: Pitti Palace, Santo Spirito Square, Ponte Vecchio (the Old Bridge), Boboli Gardens. But the wonderful history of Florence lives on in Oltrarno, not only thanks to the so rich historical and artistic heritage, but also in the daily life: in the many restaurants and cafes mantaining the typical athmosphere, in the artisan workshops carrying on a century-old tradition of both spirit and working methods. At short distance, accessible with a walking promenade, you'll find all the wonderful places that make Florence so famous all over the world: Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria, the Dome and Giotto's tower.
